On 28 March 2026 we added a shared ice run schedule so food carts and merch booths stop racing the same alley. In July 2024 canopy weights became mandatory after a windy afternoon. Through 2022 makers who also volunteer kept a dual badge so they could step into raffle shifts without abandoning a till.
